I was told by my very savvy realtor that I had to replace the carpets in my 2 bedrooms as they could never be sufficiently cleaned. Surprise!! My first experience with FSCCA was excellent. Cleaning a very soiled silk rug and floor lining came out looking brand new and cleaned two soiled recliners with coffee stains. They took the rug and lining to clean in-house. Back in less than 2 weeks. Very nice folks and communicative. I'm so glad that I found them. Just in time for the holidays.

What a hardworking outfit! Chris & crew arrived on time, got right to work, and did a splendid job on our 30-year-old couch. Embedded stains are so gone! It looks like a new couch. As he assured us, the carpets did not transfer any moisture onto our wood floors; the carpets were barely damp to the touch and only on the top. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended. And local too!

I can’t say enough about Scott and his team at five stop carpet care. I called him in a panic when my African desert tortoise took a giant poop on my brand new white rug! He eased my mind and came to pick up that rug and another rug for cleaning. The stain is completely gone and the service was stellar. Update: I had 5 step come to the house today and they were great, on time and respectful of the interior. It took them about a half hr to fix our stain issue that we should have gotten removed 10 years ago. I would highly recommend them for any carpet or rug cleaning or hardwood floor cleaning. Originally I called 5 Step Carpet Care because they are a "green" business. I trusted them with my antique oriental rugs and they came back beautifully. Color restored and very soft, I also got excellent rug pads for continual care. I have so much faith in them i had them clean small area rugs hand hooked by my father. We have one room with installed carpet that would be better replaced but 5 Step gets it looking so much better I can put it off. On top of their excellent work they are friendly and helpful. Really its a 10 star business!

I had never considered that a carpet cleaning service would also clean tile floors! Five Step Carpet Care came out right away to give an estimate, we were scheduled in a short time, they were punctual, professional, and thorough. The tile is so clean and they did the hard grout cleaning that I endured two years ago - well worth the price I paid! Carpet cleaning is a reality of life for homes with carpet. For years, I just dealt with mediocre service because I simply don’t have the time or equipment to do it myself. My neighbor recommended 5 Step and I reluctantly called. Seriously so impressed! Our carpet is 12 years old. We have children and dogs (And a new puppy) and the carpet looks new. Five Step cleaned all my oriental carpets and kept them while I was moving. After I moved they cleaned and buffed the 40 year old hardwood floors and I was stunned by the difference. We called Five Step at the recommendation of a friend who used them in 2018. They showed up exactly on time, did a great job and were super affordable. We had a challenge that required an additional visit to complete the work on our kitchen floors and they only charged a small additional fee to do the work. Garrett did a fabulous job on our carpets! We had a few really tough spots especially right by the front door where the rubber is coming off of the door. The answer is always clear and easy – there are numerous variables when it comes to rug cleaning costs. We did our best to put together a rug cleaning calculator to give you the best quote fast, simple, and at 24 hours a day.

It is recommended by professionals to get your area rugs cleaned once every year or once every two years. Area rugs are a lovely addition to any home. Just like the right wall decor or fine canvas in your home, a beautiful rug can add to the charm and furnishing of a room. Most of the rug cleaners will ask for a fixed price per square foot of the material. Some might charge a little extra in order to handle subtle oriental or old rugs. Some might offer cleaning packages involving stain removal and vacuuming. At Five Step Carpet Care, we believe in you pay for what you need.
